Sweet Flamingo opened its doors back in December 2015. The rue Nicolas Leblanc’s tea room is a family-owned business that was co-created by Nathalie, the mother and Mélanie, her daughter. Romain later joined the team, followed by Claudine, the grandmother. We’ve grown from 2 to 9 people. How amazing is that?
